Yoga for Motherhood

This is a space for mothers, no matter where you are on your journey, to come together and be nurtured in an afternoon of movement, guided relaxation, journaling and meaningful connection to others.
Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or many years into life with children, the experience of motherhood is like no other. Rich, vibrant and joyful - but also incredibly intense, tiring and, at times, overwhelming. This is why time for yourself, devoted purely to rest and nervous-system regulation, is so vital.
Through pre- and postnatal-friendly yoga, soothing breathwork, and deeply restorative yoga nidra, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and remember who you are both in and outside of motherhood. Guided journalling offers time to reflect and reconnect with yourself, followed by vegan banana bread and a closing circle where you can share, listen, and feel held in community.
Expect a compassionate, supportive environment with plenty of options, gentle guidance, and an emphasis on rest, self-love, and relaxation.
Come with an open heart and allow yourself to be held in warmth and tender care.
