Private Yoga Mentoring

Helping new teachers refine their teaching and build a sustainable and fulfilling career in a way that is authentic to them.

You’ve done your 200hrs… What now?

Congratulations on completing your yoga teacher training!

A 200 hour teacher training is a huge influx of information, particularly if you are consuming it within a 4 week intensive.

You’ve invested time and money into learning to teach the thing you love, you may or may not have forgotten a lot of the things you learnt… and you have no idea on how to begin actually teaching.

Perhaps you're unsure how to sequence a class, struggle to find the right cues, or feel nervous about auditioning for studios.

This mentoring program is designed to bridge the gap between qualifying and confidently teaching your own classes with authenticity and empowerment.

Over six in-person mentoring sessions, we'll work together to refine your teaching skills - think sequencing, cueing and class planning -and make a plan to enter the teaching world and the various avenues you may venture down e.g group studios, retreats, workshops, private sessions.

I was you ten years ago!

I definitely found the transition into yoga teaching from completing my 200 hours a mind field. I was nervous and didn’t feel confident leading a public yoga class, let alone know where to start with planning workshops and retreats. I have now been teaching full-time for 8 years and have a thriving business that combines a mix of private students, studio classes, corporate classes, workshops and retreats. I am proud and so grateful to be teaching the thing I love and live by.

There are, of course, difficulties - as there are in every job - and challenges to face being self-employed and working in a saturated industry, but with a wealth of experience and knowledge in this sphere, I have solutions to help you create a sustainable and fulfilling business.
